The lower concrete zone of the sky-high wall is made out of a patterned mold to separate it from the ground an create an intense color contrast. The raw wood panels match perfectly the texture of the dark colored render and the projecting metal slices around the window openings.

Unusual design combining the typical house proportions with super modern & minimal features on its patterned facade concept as well as on the monolithic interior. The designers have cleverly mixed the white colored interior of the windows’ frames with dark colored parts on the outside to create a highlighted pattern over the window opening slots.

The kitchenette/storage room is made of revamped panel doors and old parquet floor boards, alongside new plywood pieces, as we find out from Designboom. The shape and orientation changes according to traveler’s needs, making it easy to use and occupying as much space as possible. This multi-functional unit can also be used for storing clothes and its undecided composition is reminiscent of today’s creative displays of old and new materials.

The hand crafted wall styles balance the formality of the space basically driven by the strict shapes of the minimal furniture, the kitchen’s cupboards and the additional wooden or plasterboard creations behind the bed or at the ceilings. The coatings has been applied in a way to originally express roughness and incompleteness.

The earthy tone of the facade makes a nice subtle contrast with the odd & full black window frames that allow for the shutter’s layer to be on the same surface level with the facade’s wall. The square shaped glazed surfaces inside, on a neat concrete background feel like membranes. Interesting ceiling recessed lights and an awesome plain railing.

A really interesting project with many points of interest for someone passionate with design. The facade at first looks awkward but then you realize the expression of its dynamic, natural and balanced character. The garage lies in the ground level behind an extraordinary door mesh system, a giant concrete column runs up high to the last floor while the glazed surfaces slightly subside to leave space for some green points. The stairway and the floor of the hallway is made of a metallic mesh and is painted black to fit in this serious old school modernism environment. The interior is just another surprise..

The pressed red-brick facade resonates with the surrounding aesthetic and produces a steadfast street-side presence. areas of offset
stacking in the masonry work create semi-transparent sections in the outer partitions that screen daylight and improve cross ventilation.
the private northern half of the site reveals the folding nature of the floor plan and material characteristics, with atypically
large glass panes, spatial voids and zinc roof panels that extend over to the vertical enclosures. the twisting form of the canopy brings
the scale down at the entry and transitions seamlessly into the higher second floor with an outdoor terrace.

A truly stunning seaside residence! The flat layout plan, exquisite materials like leather, inox and concrete are directly contacting the idyllic natural environment. Two different single level compounds with a central monolithic courtyard and an exotic view. The roof is a projecting plate being held by stretched wires on the perimeter creating a dynamic sense.
